Please be aware that we are currently unable to deliver to N. Ireland and ROI. We apologise for any disappointment that this may cause.

BANK HOLIDAY DELIVERY TIMES: Our couriers do not deliver on Bank Holidays or weekends. 

For items under and including 2Kg order by 2pm for same-day dispatch, 48 hour delivery. Items weighing between 2.01 to 69.99kg order by 2 pm for same-day dispatch, 2 working day delivery. Exclusions apply. For items weighing under 30Kg we usually deliver using DPD. If you are not in and have not nominated a safe place when DPD attempts to deliver, your parcel will be delivered to your nearest DPD Collection Store and will be available for you to collect on the same day during normal opening times.

For items weighing over 70Kg order by 2pm for same-day dispatch, 48 hour delivery. Exclusions apply.

RESTRICTED ACCESS

Please be aware that items weighing 70kg and over will be delivered by a pallet courier, requiring unobstructed access for an 18-tonne vehicle - typically circa L 7.5m, W c2.5m, H c2.6m. The tail-lift will add an additional c2.4 in length and the pallet will require additional clearance to off-load. Locations with insufficient access or turning space will incur an additional small vehicle delivery surcharge fee and potentially a redelivery charge if you have not advised of restricted access when you placed your order. Pallet deliveries are to the kerbside only.

Please be aware that we cannot accept responsibility for weather or courier-related delays.

In most cases, a product on our website will give you an indication of the current stock availability, but shipping is not uniform for all products. The availability information given is a guide only and not a guarantee as there are external factors that we may not have control over.

Pricing for extended shipping areas like the Scottish Highlands and outlying Islands, Outer Hebrides, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles, and other postcodes are not included for free UK mainland delivery by our couriers and prices can be obtained by contacting us or seeing the map below. 

Please note that the processing of a payment and acknowledgement email does not constitute a legally binding contract. In the case of mispricing, changes in stock quantity, or if we believe the machine will be misused, we reserve the right to cancel the order and provide a full refund.

ACCEPTING DELIVERY: Please be aware that you MUST check the condition of your product(s) IMMEDIATELY upon delivery. If an item is delivered damaged you must notify us within 24 hours. We cannot consider claims for transit damage beyond 48 hours following delivery.

N.B. Although the below chart is accurate, it does not apply to all products due to volumetric weights and specific postcode areas. Please contact us if you have any queries about shipping charges before you place an order on our website.

Carriage is also chargeable on all parts and items under £50 in value, and our sales team may contact you after a sales order has been made if additional carriage surcharges need to be applied.
