Returns and Refunds

Important Information: For the safety of our couriers and our staff, we cannot accept returns of items which have not been drained of fuel and oil where this is applicable. Failure to do so will result in your return being rejected, as there is a risk of fire and serious injury.

 

If your item is in new condition, in original unopened packaging and you have simply changed your mind before using it, you may return the item within 14 days for a refund. There will be a service charge of 20% to contribute towards handling and restocking and the customer will also have to bear the cost of the return carriage. We will just need to check the machine over once received back into our warehouse before the refund is issued.

If your parcel is received damaged upon delivery, please ensure that this is noted with the delivery driver. It is vital that you contact us immediately to ensure that we are able to make a claim with the courier. We will require photographic evidence of the damaged item and its packaging. Damaged items must be reported within a maximum period of 24 hours. We will then arrange for collection and replacement or refund.
